Can I deduct Pre Pay money ? This is money for prepaid college fund

Can I deduct Pre Pay money ? This is money for prepaid college fund

Contributions into Qualified Tuition Programs (or 529 Plans) are not deductible on your Federal Return. Some States do offer deductions for contributions into these types of programs. 

Below is a list of states that offers that allow the contributions to be deducted from the State Income Taxes.
