No. Wait until next year when you are preparing a 2024 tax return. And...if you can be claimed as someone else's dependent (your parents?) they are the ones who get to use the AOC on their return.

A. Yes, but only if you actually made the tuition payment in 2023, for the first term starting in 2024. In fact, your school is suppose to issue you a 2023 form 1098-T, in this situation.
