Can I claim my dependent son Zachary's College Tuition from Texas College box 1 1098-T form $5004.

If you are claiming your son on your tax return as a dependent, then  any education expenses and credit can only be entered on Your tax return.  So the Form 1098-T would be entered on your tax return.
