Can I claim my 19 year old daughter whom did not attend college, was 19 early of 2016 and made about more than 10,000

No, since she turned 19 during 2016 and was not a full-time student, then her gross income has to be less than $4050 for you to claim her.

No, since she turned 19 during 2016 and was not a full-time student, then her gross income has to be less than $4050 for you to claim her.

Thanks! So she would need to amend her tax return and change it over to where no one can claim her, correct?

Yes, if she filed and didn't claim her own exemption, then she can amend the return and change that.
