Yes, even though you are a graduate as of today, you can still claim the American Opportunity Tax Credit on your 2021 tax return as long as you had not completed the first four years of post-secondary education as of the beginning of 2021.

So yes, I finished my Bachelors program on December 2021. So now confused to why Turbo Tax is saying I am eligible for AOCT and Lifetime. Should I not file my 1098T at all?
No, please do file your 1099T if you want to claim an Education Credit.
TurboTax is stating that with the information entered you can qualify for the AOTC and for the Lifetime Credit but it will give you only one since you cannot get both at the same time. It will give you the credit that is more beneficial, usually the AOTC.
