amending my return for 529, when i revisted education, asked if i received a 1099-q, i clicked no, but the website said im changing it. When i clicked no, it just exits?

Im allowed 20% tax break on my kids 529. While amending my return, it wont let me look if i made an error.

If you are working on a state return, you need to identify which state.  There is no federal deduction or credit for making  a 529 contribution.
