Am I or my daughter required to enter 1099-Q and 1098-T if all expenses paid from 529 plan (Illinois) were used for qualified education expenses (tuition, room, board)?

No, entry is not required. However, if 529 did not cover everything, you could be eligible for education credits. Otherwise, you can omit.
