Am I eligible for the education HOPE Credit or other Education Credit if I got the California Promise Grant formerly known as BOG?

You would not be able to use the education expenses paid or waived by the California Promise Grant towards a credit, but if you have additional expenses, (such as books and supplies) you COULD be eligible for an education credit by using those additional expenses.
