What is Identity Loss Insurance?

Identity Loss Insurance is included in MAX Defend & Restore and can get you reimbursed up to $250,000 to recover stolen funds, plus up to $1 million to pay for legal fees and expenses if you face financial loss caused by identity theft.

Our service provider, IDnotify™, a part of Experian®, will reimburse expenses connected to recovering your identity with a $0 deductible, including:

  • Attorney and legal fees
  • Lost wages or income
  • Childcare and/or elderly care
  • Application fees for lines of credit
  • Travel, postage, and notary

When purchased between November 1–April 18, coverage lasts from the date purchased through April 30 of the following year. When purchased between April 18–October 31, coverage lasts from the date purchased through October 31 of the following year.
