Note that for tax years 2018 through 2025, tax prep fees are no longer deductible unless you're self-employed.
If you purchased your product directly from us, you can look up your TurboTax order here or look through your inbox for an email with the subject line Your TurboTax Payment Confirmation (or similar).
If you used TurboTax Online last year, you can find your order number by doing this:
- Sign in using last year's login (if you're not already signed in).
- Go to your Tax Home, if you're not already on it, by selecting Tax Home from the left menu (on mobile devices, tap in the upper left corner to open the menu).
- Select Show to expand Your Tax Returns and Documents, and then select View order details.
- Once you have your order number, look up the details here.
If you aren't seeing anything, you may be signed in with a different user ID than last year. To find all your TurboTax account logins, go here and follow the instructions.
Another possibility is that you paid last year's fees out of your federal refund with the Refund Processing service. In that case, those fees may not appear in your account.
