I received a Schedule K-1 on which the "Ordinary Income" listed was different between the Federal Form 1065 and Hawaii State Form N-20. How do I input this in Turbotax?

You enter the federal numbers into the TurboTax K-1 form. Then in your state tax return module on your state tax return forms you enter either the state numbers, or the difference from federal amounts (depending on your state).
I’m answering with experience doing Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah. Those are all handled that way, and I’m pretty sure yours will be too.
