You can make any entries needed by going to the section related to it. For example, if you need mortgage interest, you can search for it in the search box and go there.

If you are asking how to make it appear instead of your Standard Deduction, TurboTax automatically chooses the option that is most beneficial to you.

To force your Itemized Deductions:

You can go back through the Deductions section:

•  Deductions & Credits

•  Scroll to bottom and Wrap up

•  You will see an analyzation page, there you will see your itemized deduction and can change it if you wish.
