Yes, you can deduct a supplemental insurance drug plan as part of insurance deduction. If you paid for health insurance for yourself, your spouse or your dependents you can deduct them as a business expense if you have net business income on your Schedule C.  This includes dental insurance and most long term care insurance.

Yes, you can deduct a supplemental insurance drug plan as part of insurance deduction.
