Will the deluxe version of the CD/Download product accommodate the schedule k-1 (1120s) that I received as a shareholder of an s-corporation?

It is my understanding that the online Premier version is appropriate for inputting information from this form (correct me if I am wrong), but I am possibly interested in purchasing the cd/download version.  Thank you.

Yes, the Deluxe version of the CD/Download program can handle your Schedule K-1 Form 1120.  You are correct, that with the online program, you would need TurboTax Premier to enter the K-1.
