Why is it I received a form K-1 Form 1065 from a partnership, but TT is telling me this form is not yet available until 2-7-19? This is keeping me from filing my return.

TurboTax is not saying that the Form K-1 (1065) is not yet available (it clearly is) what it is saying is that the Schedule that is required as part of a personal tax returns (Form 1040) when reporting a K-1 received. That schedule will be available (print and e-file) on February 7.  This is an IRS issue, not a TurboTax issue. TurboTax will have it available as soon as the IRS releases it.
