Why do I have a ‘statutory income’ ? It’s well above my actual , how do I change this ? What does it even mean

Do you mean statutory employee?  if not, what type of income?

I’m a self employed daycare provider .. when I wanted to input my income it had an outrageous amount already there stating it added to my schedule c

OK, take a look at W-2 section and EDIT any W-2's listed as it appears there is one with an incorrect entry in Box 13 of the W-2. 

All the Daycare income and expenses should be on the Sch C and not entered on return anywhere else, just as no income that is not DayCare should be reported on the Sch C business.
