Why are short term liabilities (payroll, sales tax & gift certificate liabilities) showing up as Recourse Debt on my 1065 worksheet? Will this affect the Schedule K-1?

Why are short term liabilities (payroll, sales tax & gift certificate liabilities) showing up as Recourse Debt on my 1065 worksheet? Will this affect the Schedule K-1?

Depending on what type of partner you indicated, the software is allocating them based on that.  These liabilities have some fiduciary responsibility attached to them, so if you indicated "GP" then that is probably why.

Unless you are using debt for at-risk limitations to deduct losses, I would not worry too much about this.
