Where to Deduct the California $800 LLC Fee?

I've seen several posts on this forum about deducting it from schedule C on your federal return (not state), but what section would that be in the software? The legal expense section?

Oh jeesh. I called TT phone support and the agent told me to do it in the "taxes and licenses" section. Hope it doesnt matter a lot?

My 1099-R and W-2 show state income tax withholdings but TurboTax isn't including them in my itemized deductions and the automated help is useless. Any suggestions?
