Where is Schedule A information to be included with my AZ state return?

What do I send with my AZ state return when I itemized deductions on the state but not on the Federal.  I input all the itemized deductions on the federal but ended up claiming the standard deduction.

You would need to go back to to the Federal Taxes tab, then Forms on the upper right.  The list of forms in your federal return will not show the Schedule A, but if you enter Schedule A in the little search box directly above the list of forms, the one you filled out should show below.  At the bottom, just below the form, you can print it.
