Where do you enter LLC member annual disbursement?

You really need to add more details and/or be more specific.

Did you receive a K-1 from an LLC (i.e., are you an LLC member)?

Are you trying to prepare a Form 1065 for a multi-member LLC? 

Are you the party who is responsible for paying franchise tax (or the annual fee) to the state for the LLC?

My brother and I are the owners of the LLC. We are working on filing the annual return to kick off K1's for each of us. I can't recall if we entered the annual disbursement within the LLC or individual last year.

You are working on your 1065 and associated K-1s? If so, are you using TurboTax Business?

If the LLC is making distributions, you would enter the amounts into the program (TurboTax Business. in the Partner/Member Information section), which would flow through to your K-1s.
