You don't fill out Schedule 1 yourself. If you enter something that requires Schedule 1, TurboTax will fill out the form and include it in your tax return. There are many different types of entries that go on Schedule 1.
Why are you looking for Schedule 1? What are you trying to do?
If you just want to look at the Schedule 1 that TurboTax has prepared, in the desktop TurboTax software you can see it in forms mode. In TurboTax Online, previewing your 1040 will also let you see Schedule 1.

I have a1099 Misc With rental income listed, that Schedule One Part1 [L] applies What must I do to generate this form. Please help me generate the form
include the 500.00 rent and also clarifying that a non business treatment exists
If this rental income is not related to a rental property, you have the option to report this as "Other Income" on your tax return.
Those three answers should classify this as "Other Income", which will appear on Line 8 on Schedule 1.
When you enter the Form 1099-MISC with $500 in box 1, the next screen will ask the source of the income. Select "Nonbusiness income from the rental of personal property or equipment." See the screen shot below. That will put the income on Schedule 1 line 8l.
