You have several different topics that I will address.

1. Motor vehicle tax:

Although auto registration fees aren’t deductible in your state, you're allowed to claim the personal property tax you paid annually based on the value of your car. Connecticut allows you to deduct Property Tax you paid to your city or county based on your vehicle's value. This is where you enter this:

  • Federal
  • Deductions & Credits
  • Cars and other things you own
  • Personal Property taxes

2. Fire taxes are deducted as your property taxes:

  1. Federal Taxes
  2. Deductions &Credits
  3. Your Home
  4. Property Taxes

Note: If the fire taxes are charged uniformly on each house in your city based on property value, they are tax deductible. If they are charged differently (flat fee per house for example), they are not tax deductible. This, from IRS Publication 503, Deductible Taxes:

3. Some taxes and fees you can't deduct on Schedule A include federal income taxes, social security taxes, transfer taxes (or stamp taxes) on the sale of property, homeowner's association fees, estate and inheritance taxes, and service charges for water, sewer, or trash collection.

4.  It doesn't look like you are filing as a self-employed person. Unfortunately, employee unreimbursed expenses are no longer deductible except for a few rare professions.
