If you received a 1099 MISC for services provided by your business, you won't enter the 1099 MISC separately as you would on your personal return. When entering your business sales income, you can enter the total of all your sales or you can list out sales by category (see sample screenshot) which is just for your ease/information of entering the data. Therefore, you could list the job/customer 1099 Misc on a separate line there if listing the sales by category. You will need to be sure the total amount of the services provided in the business income section is correct, whether you enter as one lump sum or via several line items.
In your files, you will want to keep copies of the 1099 MISC forms received in your files so that you can substantiate that you did include the income in what was reported on your business income tax form.
