I need to claim babysitting income, i understand that it goes on the 1040 but turbo tax won't let me write in anything on the forum and i don't know how to put in in through the guided version. I tried putting it on a 1099misc but i have to have a TIN social to attach it to, which i don't have.

Depends it you sat in the child's home that you make you a household employee that should receive a W-2 if over $1,300, or if you sat in your home then it is self employed income. No 1099-MISC is required.
Depends on your employment status. If you sat in the child's home that would most likely mean you're a household employee and the parent's would need to issue you a W-2. If you sat in your home then it's self-employment income that gets reported as such on SCH C as a part of your 1040 return.
it's reported in the Business Income & Expenses section. Where that section is depends on what flavor and version of TTX you're using. But you can search on Business Income and that will take you to it.
