where can I deduct the commission payments I made to my talent agents?

You cannot enter business expenses in TurboTax Deluxe Online. You have to upgrade to Premium.

You can enter 1099NEC or cash Self Employment Income into Online Deluxe  but if you have any expenses you will have to upgrade to the Premium version.
