When entering my 1099-INT, there is info in box 16 but box 15 and 17 are blank. It keeps wanting me to review the two blank boxes, what do I need to do?

Leave boxes 15, 16 and 17 blank on the 1099-INT in TurboTax

Deleting the info that is in box 16 won't cause any hiccups when I send it in?
