The codes in Box 14 have not been standardized and your payroll department can use that box to report pretty much anything they want to.
This year many employers are using Box 14 to report Overtime and/or Tips since those may be eligible for an additional deduction.
If you are not sure what is listed there, ask your employer.
Box 14 – Other Information
Box 14 may include other federal tax information your employer wants to give you that doesn’t fit into any of the other W-2 boxes. Among other things, this could include state disability insurance taxes your employer withheld, union dues, payments for uniforms, health insurance premiums your employer deducted from your pay, educational assistance payments, and more.
Quite often, employers create their own initials or abbreviations for the things they enter in box 14---so when you are uncertain---ask the employer.
