What is the best way to file Individual taxes and sole proprietor LLC with EIN and no employees- with losses? Are they separate returns? Or can you combine them?

A Sole Proprietor business can be filed on an individual's return with a Schedule C. TurboTax Self-Employed (Online), and TurboTax Home & Business (Desktop) are each capable of handling Sole Proprietorship.

You do not need separate business software.
