Employers can put anything in box 14 since it consists of items which were not applicable in any other boxes.

If you are unsure what RETR means, then you can enter the description from your W-2's box 14 in the description field and enter the amount. For category, you can select other (not classified).

Once you enter all the information, TurboTax will determine if it impacts your return or not.
