She is treated like any other employee or sub contractor ... issue her a 1099-nec if you have not be filing payroll tax returns timely throughout the year.
In TurboTax desktop, when you go to create a new return, you will see an option to "Prepare W-2's and 1099's for my employees or contractors."
In TurboTax online, you will see an option on your Home Page under "Your Account" to "create W-2s and 1099s."
She would be an employee. That means you should have been withholding taxes from her pay and you should have been filing quarterly payroll forms. And maybe Federal Unemployment, State Unemployment and Worker's Compensation. Plus the W-2 that Critter mentioned.
