What can I do to file my e-file return when I asked to complete an S corp name and address for which I have none? I did include a Family Trust income in that section.

I have the Turbo Tax Premier and have a one time K-1 from a Family Trust.  It appears the hold up of the E-filing is that they want me to include the name and address for S corp for which there is none to provide.  What can I do?

When you entered your K-1 from the trust, did you indicate that it was a trust rather than an S Corp on the screen Tell Us About Your Schedule K-1? See the screenshot.

If somehow a K-1 from an S-Corp has been created, you can delete the form in your return.

  • Go to My Account at the top of your screen. From the drop-down, choose Tools
  • In the Tool Center, choose Delete A Form
  • In Review Form List, find the Corporation K-1 Worksheet, and choose Delete. See the screenshot.
  • On the screen Delete Selected Form, select Delete. After the screen Form Successfully Deleted, go back to the forms list, and verify that the form has been deleted.
