I am not a statutory employee,however Turbotax keeps saying I have entered Statutory income on W2, which has been transferred to to Schedule C. I have NOT. Is it a bug?

There is a box on the W2 for Statutory employees. Maybe you accidentally checked that box. Go to your W2 and edit it. Check to see if the box 13 has been checked. Uncheck it. Continue. If that doesn't work, you could delete the W2 and enter it again.
