We're closing a single member LLC. How should I transfer a vehicle purchased by the LLC to personal (in FL)? Do I sell it back for the deprec? Do I have to pay tax?

If I sell it back, where do I find the depreciated value to use? TIA

Indicate that you 'sold or disposed' of your Business Vehicle. Use a Sale Price of $0, since you are converting it to personal use.
