We incorporated our Self Employment business in August. Do I need to do Self Employment for 7 months and then a separate Business Tax return for the other 5 months?

Yes, they are two separate entities and have to be treated as such.

The self-employment is virtually one and the same as the owner. A Corporation has its own identity.
