We have an LLC partnership with 2 equal members. Can we use TurboTax generate our K1's and Form 1065? And also, does TurboTax generate the 1099-MISC that we need to send?

You will need the TurboTax Business edition to complete and file a Form 1065 for the partnership.  The Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer, not on a Mac or online.  The Business Edition cannot be used to complete a personal tax return, Form 1040.
