We are not self employed. Our main income is SS, small interest, loss on a K1, and loss on mutual funds for 2018...what 1040 form do I do now?

Yes, just start and the needed forms will be added to your return, although you may need to upgrade versions to include all of your information. 

Also, just an FYI, the 1040 form was completely revised in 2018.  The form is now much shorter and only has 23 lines.  Forms 1040A and 1040EZ no longer exist.  The line items that used to be reported on the 1040 form have been moved to six additional schedules (Schedules 1 to 6).  If your return needs one of the six schedules, TurboTax will let you know.
