using TT premier, why does an entry for a spouce's 199G not carry through to the forms as belonging to a spouce

I entered my 1099G for CPR payments for land owned solely by me, and indicated it was in my name only, and when I went to view forms for another reason , I found the 1099G form indicated the payment was to "the taxpayer" with my husband's name asd SS# listed.   Is this a glitch in TT or a glitch in the archiac thinking of our taxing authorities????
