The maximum contribution to a 403(b) is $23,500.
If you are 50 or older, there is a catch up of $7,500, making a total of $31,000.
If you are aged between 60 and 63 at the end of 2025, you are entitled to a super catch up of $11,250 making a total of $34,750.
Please check your date of birth entered in the My Info section of TurboTax. TurboTax determines your maximum contribution based on your age.

For tax purposes, a person born on January 1, 1962, is considered 64 years old at the end of the 2025 tax year. You are considered age 64 on the day before your 64th birthday. Therefore, you are not entitled to the super catch up of $11,250, but only to the catch up of $7,500.
