Turbo tax on schedule k does not align up with my schedule K-1 turbo is not allowing me to enter box 19 or 20 and the terms do not sign up on box 4 through 9

It sounds like you selected the wrong K-1 type when you added the form in TurboTax and got an 1120S one instead of  1065 Partnership one.  So easiest is probably delete the form, and go back and add a new form, paying close attention to the question prompts. 1065 K-1’s have more lines and boxes than 1120S ones.
