Turbo Tax Desktop Business 2025 Farm Income Glitch

Turbo Tax keeps saying that "I indicated earlier that I have farming income activity" for a partnership and it is looking for me to enter farming income in the farming section.  I never input or indicated that I have farming income for this company.   How do I remove this glitch from the program?

To delete your farming business, use the Business Info tab to update your business information. Scroll through that section until you come to a screen that says Farming Summary Section. You should see a farm entry there that you can delete.

Thank you Thomas.  I tried that, and I scrolled through the business information section and there is no Farming Summary section.   There is no box checked that indicates Farm income in that section.   Issue is still there.  Thanks for trying.

I suggest you look for a Schedule F in your program, that would be for reporting farming income. If you find it, you can delete the form and that may resolve your issue. Use the Forms menu option to bring up the list of forms. If you don't find it and you don't see any red exclamation marks next to any of the forms, schedules and worksheets in the list, then you can ignore the message regarding farm income.

Thank you Thomas.  I tried that previously and was able to delete the form in the forms menu, but the message still showed up.  I don’t it impacts the returns, so I suspect it is a program glitch that can’t be resolved.  I will ignore the message for now.  Thanks again.
