When asking whether a business should be treated as combined businesses, there is a button that says "This business is independent of any other activities. (Part of an aggregated business)." The parenthetical part sounds contradictory to the first part.

Please clarify which version of TurboTax you are using. We are unable to locate the line you have quoted. A screenshot of the entire browser window would be helpful.

I don't know where to find what version we are using ... we are doing this online via a browser for personal taxes. Where would I see version #?

Also, we got pretty frustrated with trying to wind our way through this business piece this year so we switched over to the option of having TT do our taxes. So we can't get back to that screen to provide a screen shot. I'll drop this, but that is a direct quote pasted in from the TT webpage.
