The tax support for a Limited Partnership said there was no need to fill on 199A income. Contact Turbo Tax to bypass. How do we do this?

Currently stuck on "We see you have Section 199A income". We did not receive this in our K1 forms.

The instructions from Community user HACKITOFF are correct for Forms mode. If you are working in TurboTax Online, you'll need to delete any amounts on the "We need some information about your 199A income or loss" and "Let's check for some uncommon adjustments" screen, and then remove the code Z (and any amount you entered for that) on the box 20 screen.

Why your partnership would send you a K-1 with a code Z for box 20 and then tell you Section 199A information does not need to be reported is puzzling.
