If the error message you see relates to Form 1042-S, please follow these steps to removed Code 20:

Log into TurboTax

1. Select tab Federal Taxes /
2. Wages and Income /
3. Scroll down to Less Common Income section.
4. Choose Miscellaneous Income.  
5. Select the very first option at the top "Other income not already reported on a Form W-2 or Form 1099".
6. Delete the record

Otherwise, this may be browser-related. Please log out of TurboTax, refresh your browser, and clear your cookies and cache. Then restart your browser and log into TurboTax again. Or try a different browser.

Go to the State Taxes tab.

Go to the Credits and Taxes section.

Under Business and Investment Credits, select Pass-Through Entity Elective Tax Payment Credit.

Make sure the box on the first page is empty. 

Select Continue. 

Turbo Tax needs to fix their code so that this may be edited directly from the error check tool.
