Tax Year Prior to 2020: Cannot file taxs, schedule I form is not complete. Whats wrong?

Unfortunately, from time to time Federal and State FORMs have to be revised and approved.  This is a dynamic process and we aggressively pursue it.  At this point the target date for almost all forms is 02/12/2020.

I got an email saying my tax form wasn't complete tell what needs to be done

Login into your TurboTax account and check the status of your return. It means you still need to complete your return before you can finally e-file. Run a review report on your return to check for the problem. Then go back and fix the issue. You may need to go through some of the interview questions again to select or deselect one or more options that's causing the issue.
