I would like to know if I expand my business to Canada what tax complications there might be. I have online eCommerce business ( LLC) and we buy products from US based companies and dropship to customers in U.S. They also have warehouses in Canada and properly established Business there. So we will be shipping the products from there Canadian warehouse to Canadian customers. But those Canadian customers will be paying to us. So I was wondering if there will be any tax complications in this and do we need to change anything in our LLC to sell in canada. Sorry my question might be little confusing but I would really appreciate if someone can help. Thank you.

They both are not same questions. I am just trying to expand business in Canada and have no employee or want any office there. But in the other post overseas I am trying to start a new remote office with employees working there.
Seek local professional assistance instead of this nameless, faceless public forum where you don't know if anything that is said has merit.
Both questions deal with international business taxation. As I said before, you really need to go to a tax professional that is experienced with international business taxation.
