STill awaiting answer to question about item F

Illinois.  No, I only got a Fed K-1.  The Fed validated just fine, but when checking the State, the error
occurred there on the State form item F.  It is asking why I am amending my return.  None of the 3
check boxes matches my situation  which I explain 2 items later.

I need to get past this error so I can file my amended Fed and send them the extra $99 due.

In the IL amended return (IL-1040X), section F mark the first box, Federal change accepted and enter today's date.
