Statutory Employee is checked but it shouldn't. How do I remove this?

My name is on the 1040 first, then my spouse. Her company is the schedule C. I entered all the business information, now it's expecting me to enter something on 1e on Schedule C. My wife has no employees. She doesn't have a W2. How do I get rid of the 1e pink box? Where can I go in turbo tax 2017?

First, make sure that neither of you have a W-2 or half-entered W-2 with Box 13 "Statutory Employee" checked.

Then, try using the Forms mode to go to the Schedule C and delete (no spaces) every box on Line 1e. If you can, uncheck the box next to Line 1f.

To switch to Forms Mode, open your return, and then click the Forms icon in the upper left corner of your screen (or choose Go to Forms from the View menu at top).

The Federal Information Worksheet will display and all the forms in your return will be listed on the left side. Simply click a form to open it.

To switch back to the interview, click the EasyStep icon in the upper left corner, or choose Go to EasyStep from the View menu.

Tips

In the interview, you can also view the underlying tax form by clicking Show Form at the bottom of your screen.
It's OK to switch to Forms Mode if you want to look at a form or two, but constantly switching back and forth between Forms Mode and the interview has been known to cause problems and data corruption.
