The single member LLC and "you" are one and the same. A single member LLC is a disregarded entity for federal income tax purposes and most states. As a result, the SMLLC activity will just be included on your Schedule C.
A few states have additional SMLLC filing requirements and possible tax (Calif as one example), so you should check out your particular state department of revenue for any separate filings, etc.
Your SMLLC may also have some annual filings with your Secretary of State so check on that as well.
