Should the 1065 not be generated when you complete business taxes for LLC?

Be sure you understand how Partnership accounting  and taxes work:

https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/partnerships

Generally, a domestic partnership must file Form 1065 by the 15th day of the 3rd month following the date its tax year ended as shown at the top of Form 1065.  For calendar year partnerships, that is March 15The partnership must furnish copies of Schedule K-1 (Form 1065) to the partners by the date Form 1065 is required to be filed, including extensions.

To generate a Form 1065 Partnership return,  you need to use TT Business (not Home and Business).  It is available only as a desktop, and then only for Windows.

The online Self Employed version can only prepare a personal 1040 return that includes schedule C for a Single Member LLC or self employment income.  Same for the Desktop Home & Business version.

A 1065 return is done separately.  Then you will get a K-1 from the 1065 to enter into your personal return.  To do a 1065 return you need Turbo Tax Business.  Turbo Tax Business  is not available to do online or on a Mac.  You can buy the Window's version here.  And you can have both TT Business and TT Home & Business (or any personal version) installed on  your computer at the same time.

A Single-Member LLC goes on Schedule C of your personal tax return.  There will NOT be a 1065 for that.

A Multi-Member LLC (which is a Partnership) files a separate tax return (Form 1065 is the main form of the Partnership return).  If you have a Partnership, I HIGHLY advise going to a tax professional.
