Should of have filed a schedule C instead of a schedule EZ form ?

im self employed and i made more then 5000 this year , should i have filed a schedule C form instead of a schedule EZ form?

There is no Schedule EZ.  1040EZ? or Schedule C-EZ ?which are you referring to.?
